Right to know
You may request a list of personal information we have collected about you over the past 12 months, the categories of sources, and the business purpose for collecting it.
Right to delete
You may request that we delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain legal exceptions (e.g. fraud detection, legal obligations).
Right to opt out of sale
We do not sell personal information as defined by the CCPA. There is no opt-out required because no sale occurs in the first place.
Right to non-discrimination
We will not deny you the use of emilyreview, or charge you a different price, simply because you exercised a CCPA right.
Submitting a request
Email privacy@emilyreview.com with the subject line "CCPA Request" and include enough information for us to verify your identity. We respond within 45 days as required by law.
