What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file stored on your device by your browser. It allows a website to remember your preferences, keep you signed in, or measure how the site is used.
Cookies we use
- Essential. Authentication session, CSRF protection, language preference.
- Analytics. Aggregate metrics to help us improve coupon ranking.
- Affiliate-attribution. A short-lived ID that records which referral led to your purchase.
Third-party cookies
Some merchants set their own cookies after you click an affiliate link from EmilyReview. We do not control these — please refer to each merchant's cookie policy for details.
Managing cookies
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. Doing so may prevent parts of the site (e.g. signing into your account) from working. Mobile browsers typically expose the same controls under Settings → Privacy → Cookies.
Do Not Track
We honor browser-level Do Not Track signals where technically feasible by disabling non-essential analytics cookies for the session.
